I had to laugh—every time I try to take a day off, there's a major product announcement. Oh well, it's my life and I love it.

The Nikon D800 replacement, the D810, was announced overnight, and is available for pre-order. More details later.

(Back at the ranch, I had an extremely productive day yesterday, I'm very pleased to report. News about that when the time is right, but I thought you might want to hear.)
