The new Nikon D810 is the revised D800

Nikon has announced the successor to its highly successful Nikon D800 and it's called the D810. Outwardly very similar to its predecessor the D810 is an evolutionary rather than revolutionary release, the D810's main highlights include a wider ISO range selectable from 64 to 51200, implementation of the Expeed 4 image processir first seen in the Nikon D4S, faster shooting rates up to 7 frames per second, and the option of smaller RAW files using 12-bit data instead of 14-bits. By default the D810 is like the D800E in not having an optical low pass filter.
